Because we only offer personal care products, we do not offer refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your damaged or defective item to: Doug Noll PO Box 543, Prather CA 93651.
We generally ship by US Priority Mail. We insure all of our orders so please advise if you do not receive your order. Shipments outside the United States may take several weeks for delivery. If you are outside of North America and have not received your order after 3 weeks, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
